Cancellation Duration

Advertising campaigns may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the campaign has not yet started.
After an advertisement goes live or receives impressions, clicks, or visibility on the platform, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
4. Cancellation of Partner or Verification Services
Partner verification, broker verification, and onboarding services may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided verification processing has not commenced.
Once document verification or onboarding review begins, cancellation requests may be denied.
5. Free Services
Most Hutmate services, including basic account registration, property browsing, community participation, and standard property listings, may be discontinued by users at any time without charge.
Users may delete their account in accordance with Hutmate’s Privacy Policy.
