Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel eligible subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Hutmate Support.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not automatically entitle the user to a refund unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue, Hutmate will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate amount.
Failed Payment but Amount Debited
If payment is debited but the service is not activated, Hutmate will investigate the transaction and either:
Activate the purchased service, or
Process a refund.
Service Not Delivered
If Hutmate fails to provide a purchased service due to a technical or operational issue attributable solely to Hutmate, users may be eligible for a refund after verification.
Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based services:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds may only be granted if the subscription has not been substantially used.
Partial usage may result in a partial refund or denial of refund eligibility.
Hutmate reserves the right to determine usage levels and refund eligibility.
Non-Refundable Services
Featured Listings
Once a property listing has been featured, promoted, or published using paid services, no refund shall be issued.
Advertising Campaigns
Advertising fees become non-refundable once a campaign has started or received impressions.
Affiliate Registration Fees
Affiliate registration or onboarding fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Partner Verification Fees
Verification, documentation review, and partner onboarding fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
Promotional Credits
Any promotional credits, bonus credits, or discounted services provided by Hutmate are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Chargebacks
Users agree to contact Hutmate before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
